Thanks to a generous donation from New York based Smile Train, CCA has reinstated its financial assistance program.  This program is designed to help needy families with funds for food, travel and/or lodging when it is necessary to travel to receive quality medical care.  There is an application process that must be completed four to six weeks in advance of the date of travel.
